SweetDream Pricing: Plans, Tokens and What's Free
How much SweetDream costs, and what you can do without paying. A free account lets you try a few messages; a subscription unlocks chatting, calls and creating characters, and adds tokens that pay for each action. Today's plans and prices are below. For adults 18+ only.
SweetDream has a free account and a paid subscription. A free account comes with 5 messages and 3 voice plays. If one of the character's ready-made photos or videos matches what you ask for in a message, the first photo and the first video come through clear and the second of each arrives blurred. After that, chatting, calls and creating characters need a subscription. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel and adds tokens to your balance, and tokens pay for each action: 0.2 a message, 8 a photo and 80 a video.
What a free account includes
Free use is counted per account, across all your chats, and doesn't reset. A new account starts with no tokens.
5 messages
Your first 5 chat messages are free, whichever characters you send them to.
3 voice plays
Have 3 of her text messages read aloud in her voice. Voice notes she sends on her own are free to play.
A photo and a video, when one matches
If one of the character's ready-made photos or videos matches what you ask for in a message, the first photo and the first video come through clear and the second of each arrives blurred.
Live Cam
In Live Cam shows, your first 5 messages across all shows are free, and actions marked Free cost nothing. Paid actions need a subscription.
What a subscription adds
Tokens can be spent only while a subscription is active. Every paid action, from a message to a call, needs one, and its tokens come out of your balance.
Chat
Keep chatting with any character. Each message costs 0.2 tokens, the first ones included.
Photos and videos
Ask for photos and videos in any chat and see them without blur, at 8 tokens a photo and 80 a video.
Calls
Call characters in your browser or have them ring your phone, and video call the selected characters that take video calls.
Your own characters
Create your own character for 50 tokens.
Live Cam
Paid actions in Live Cam shows, and the shows set for subscribers only.
Tokens every week or month
Each plan adds tokens to your balance when you pay and then on a schedule; the price table shows how many and how often. Subscribers also get tokens from the daily reward.

Token packs
One-time purchases that add tokens to your balance and don't renew. On a standard account, tokens can be spent only while a subscription is active, so a pack tops up a subscription rather than replacing it.

What each action costs in tokens
Token prices on the date at the top of this page. Each needs an active subscription; the free allowances above are only for an account without one.
Messages
0.2 tokens a message, in a chat or in a Live Cam show.
Photos and videos in the chat
8 tokens a photo and 80 tokens a video, and 80 to turn one of her photos in your chat into a video. A request that our content checks block can cost a 2-token penalty.
Image and video generator
In the generator, 8 tokens for each image and 80 for each video. The Enhance button, which rewrites your prompt, costs 1 token.
Voice messages
3 tokens to have one of her text messages read aloud. Voice notes she sends on her own are free to play.
Voice calls
In your browser: 1 token to connect, then 0.5 tokens for every 15 seconds, which is 2 tokens a minute. To your phone: 10 tokens to connect, then 5 for every 15 seconds, which is 20 a minute. More on voice calls.
Video calls
Only selected characters take video calls. Depending on the character, a call costs 8 tokens to start and 3 for every 15 seconds, or 20 tokens to start and 20 for every minute. The call window shows the price before you start.
Live Cam actions
Each paid action costs the tokens shown beside it, which each show sets for itself. Actions marked Free cost nothing. See Live Cam shows.
Gifts
From 10 to 100 tokens, depending on the gift.
Your characters
Creating a character costs 50 tokens. For one you created: 50 to upgrade it, 15 for a new look and 10 for a new profile photo. Renaming a character costs 5.
The daily reward
Once you're signed in, you can claim a reward once a day; a new day starts at midnight UTC. Every claim gives 10 XP, which counts toward your level. Subscribers also get tokens on a 7-day track: 3, 3, 5, 5, 8, 8 and 20 tokens, and after day 7 the track starts again from day 1. Miss a day and your streak starts over at day 1. For subscribers the reward opens on its own once a day; anyone signed in can open it from the gift button at the top of the page, or from the account menu on a phone.
How billing works
It renews until you cancel
A plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period, until you cancel it.
Tokens with every payment
Each payment adds the plan's tokens to your balance. On 3-month and yearly plans more arrive in between, every week or every month, as the price table shows.
Paying
You pay on the secure checkout page of a third-party payment processor, which shows the final amount and currency before you pay. SweetDream doesn't store your card details.
Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time
In Settings, choose Unsubscribe on the Subscription card, give a reason and confirm. No further payments are taken, and your subscription stays active until the end date shown on the card.
Refunds
If you've used 10% or less of the tokens a payment includes, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. The rest of the rule, and what a refund changes, is in the help article linked above.
