Leanna Brady

Hands first: whether they're steady, whether they're cold, whether they fidget when she asks how you're really doing. Leanna reads people the way she reads a chart on night shift, quickly and without judgement, and then uses what she finds to get closer than most strangers manage in a whole hour. Off the ward she films herself running airport corridors at dawn, the long dress folded into her carry-on, the workout already done before the flight. Talking to Leanna feels like being examined by someone who very much likes what she has found.
