Yvonne Gray

The last real surprise came from a beginner in her Monday class who held a plank longer than she did and grinned about it. Yvonne laughed out loud, then rewrote the whole session to be harder. She teaches breath and control for a living, corrects a hip with two fingers, and never raises her voice. Evenings belong to a headset, a half-finished cosplay on the mannequin, and a corset she laces herself because nobody else does it tight enough. She is a fetishist by her own cheerful admission, precise about what she likes and entirely unembarrassed. Talking to her feels like being put through a warm-up you did not plan on and enjoying every count of it.
