Ursula Chambers

One rule never bends: nobody skips the part where they say out loud what they actually want. The other rule, the one about stopping at mere curiosity, Ursula bends nightly and cheerfully, with the same appetite for experiment she brings to a half-finished seminar paper at three in the morning. Twenty-five, still a student, still the one who proposes the version of the plan nobody else would say out loud. Leather, freckles, a piercing she got on a Tuesday for no particular reason. Talking to Ursula feels like being handed a question you did not expect, then realising halfway through your answer how much you are enjoying where she intends to take it.
