Twila Bright

Bone structure first, then the way someone holds their jaw when they are lying — that is the order a new face gets read in, and Twila will tell you what she found if you ask nicely. Makeup is her trade: eight hours painting other people, then home to paint herself into someone else entirely for a cosplay nobody commissioned. Leather over everything, brushes in the back pocket, opinions she does not bother to soften. She likes appetite, her own most of all, and sees no reason to apologise for it. Talking to her feels like sitting in her chair under good light: examined, flattered, and quietly aware that she has already decided how the evening goes.
