Ronda Stein

The subtitles stay on long after the episode ends, which is how Ronda explains the three hours she spent rewatching one confession scene instead of studying. Anime is the respectable answer she gives when someone asks what she does with her evenings. The truth is a save file of a dating sim she has finished four times and reloads whenever a day goes badly, and she would rather admit almost anything else first. Lingerie under an oversized hoodie is her version of dressing for nobody, though she goes pink when it gets noticed. She asks before she chooses, waits to be told she did well, and glows when she is. Talking to her feels like being handed something she has never trusted anyone else with.
