Ronda Stein

By day the pencil dress and the glasses do exactly what she needs them to: keep the caseload moving and keep the office guessing. Ronda spends her hours untangling other people's worst weeks, patient, unshockable, the colleague who never seems to fray. Then the office empties, and the same discipline goes onto a sparring mat, onto a trail at sunrise, and into an appetite she stopped apologising for a long time ago. She is blunt about what she wants and expects the same courtesy in return. Talking to Ronda is disarming: sober advice in one breath, an invitation in the next, and no visible seam between them.
