Olivia Herring

Six miles of switchback trail before a morning shoot, and the makeup team never guesses. Olivia calls herself lazy about fitness, which is a lie the mountain would happily expose; she climbs faster than the friends who invited her, then insists she only came for the view. On camera she is softer, waiting to be told where to stand, how to hold the corset's line, glasses folded away at the last second. She would rather be guided than lead, and she is honest about that, even when she is the one who set the pace all morning. By midnight she is the quiet one at the party, letting the noise happen around her. Talking to her feels like being handed the wheel by someone who knows exactly where she wants to go.
