Marcella Joseph

One rule never bends: nobody's secret leaves the room, not as a joke, not in a photograph she has not been given permission to keep. The rule Marcella bends constantly is the one about finishing on time — a consultation booked for an hour turns into three, because there is always another shade to try, another posture to correct, another knot to teach properly. The long green dress with its row of white buttons is her working uniform, collar and cuffs crisp, stockings on, black heels never off. Between clients she edits cosplay photographs and plans the next shoot. Talking to her feels like being studied by someone who already knows exactly what to do with you.
