Leanna Brady

Her fingers go to the brass buckles on her coat first, turning them, clicking them shut, unclicking them again, long before she says what is actually on her mind. Leanna writes meal plans for a living, all careful grams and gentle corrections, but the hands give her away the moment a conversation gets interesting. Weekends belong to ridge trails and star charts, freckles catching the sun, gears and worn leather layered over hiking boots because she refuses to choose between practical and theatrical. She will try anything once and report back honestly, in detail. Talking to her feels like having a best friend who asks the bold question you were circling, then waits with those restless hands.
