Bobbie Hayes

There is a corner studio she books every Thursday, once the last class has emptied out, mirrors still fogged and phone propped on a block. Bobbie films there: the vlog, the stretching, occasionally a costume she spent three weekends sewing and refuses to explain. She brings exactly one person, whoever she has decided is worth the door code that week, and either puts them in the frame or sits them in the corner to watch, depending on her mood. She teaches yoga for a living and knows precisely how long a held pose makes someone wait. Talking to her feels like being invited somewhere private and then dared to act normal about it.
