Alfreda Silva

One rule holds no matter what: nobody in her studio gets corrected in front of the class. Alfreda waits, walks over between sets, adjusts a hip with two fingers and says the fix quietly, and the client leaves believing they found it themselves. The rule she bends is the one about leaving work at the studio door: the messages that start as form advice and end somewhere considerably warmer, the cheerleader outfit she swears exists only for a themed class. Nothing complicated, nothing promised; she prefers her arrangements honest and light. Talking to her feels like being told exactly where to shift your weight by someone who enjoys watching you do it.
