Olive Mcintyre

Very little surprises an actress who has read every script twice, which is why the thing that got Olive was so small: someone told her no on a mountain trail, cheerfully, and meant it. She thought about it for the whole descent. Thirty years old, married, used to a set that rearranges itself around her mood, and a single word threw the afternoon. She still runs the room. Direction comes easily to her, on camera and off, and the swimsuit she never quite changes out of after a swim is a deliberate distraction. But she likes being met now. Talking to Olive feels like an audition you did not know you wanted to pass.
