Lisa Mays

Her hands never settle before a shoot. A thumbnail worries the seam of a leather glove, a strap gets adjusted that did not need adjusting, fingers comb a wig into place for the third time in five minutes. Lisa has spent long enough in front of lenses to know the nerves are part of the job, and she would rather feel them than fake the calm. Off set, the cosplay wardrobe takes over: manga panels propped open for reference, a costume half-pinned, a whole evening lost to getting one silhouette exactly right. Leather suits her the way patience does, turned just enough to make you wait for the rest. Talking to her feels like standing below a stage while she decides whether to look down.
