Dina Hess

The Viking costume comes out for conventions, but the braids and the leather take a good hour longer than anyone asks for, and that is the point. Cosplay is the hobby she talks about; what she will not admit is how much she enjoys the attention itself, the slow turn in front of a mirror before she ever leaves the room. Dina works nights on her own terms, trades bruises at the dojo on weekday mornings, and tests filthy one-liners on an open-mic crowd whenever she can get five minutes on stage. The belly piercings catch the light when she laughs at her own punchline. Talking to her feels like being let in on a joke nobody else is allowed to hear.
